content planning

Next, we’ll plan what pages you need, so we can start thinking about content, like images and text. We will also plan product categories, promotions and which payment solutions you’d like to offer.

I do offer copywriting as a service, but I’m also happy for you to provide the written content, as no-one can talk about your products or business like you can.

I will create a sitemap, so we know how your site will function, creating a solid foundation for the build.

website build

We have our style, so time for me to continue building and designing the rest of your website.

Content will be optimised for SEO (so Google and other search engines will find you) and mobile & tablet layouts will be designed as I go, making sure your site looks perfect on any device.

We will also start adding in all of your products now. I can add them all for you, or I’m happy to teach you how to add them, so you can manage new products yourself moving on. As with everything I offer, it’s whichever works best for you!

feedback & testing

When I’ve finished producing your online store, I will go through your new website with you, making any tweaks, additions or changes till you’re totally happy.

When tweaks are complete, I will start rigorous testing and optimising to make sure everything works seamlessly across all devices.

We can also now set your launch date, so you can start sharing the exciting news. In the meantime, I will prepare search engines for your launch and set up analytics so we can track your progress.
