Your Help Hub approached us as their site was full of bugs, especially on tablets and phones and the website was not performing at all in search engines and organic traffic, even after investing significantly into SEO and design with another agency.
Your Help Hub offers an online platform that connects customers with local, vetted cleaners and home helpers for a variety of domestic and commercial services. Additionally, they offer a mobile app that allows customers to manage their cleaning schedules, communicate directly with cleaners, handle payments and much more.
The initial website failed to provide a user-friendly experience, especially on mobile devices, and lacked proper SEO optimisation, which hindered their online visibility and growth. Our mission was to completely redesign each page of the website, ensuring it functioned seamlessly across all devices. We also aimed to enhance the site’s structure, create dedicated service pages for each area they cover, and rewrite all content with a strong focus on SEO.
Through a collaborative and iterative process, we fine-tuned the website to align perfectly with Your Help Hub’s vision. The results speak for themselves—the new website not only looks modern and professional but also already performs significantly better in terms of user engagement and search engine rankings.
